Louise at Festival d’Aix-en-Provence

After his debut at the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence last summer, Adam Smith returns to the Festival this summer to make his role debut as Julien in Gustave Charpentier’s rarely performed opera Louise. The new production, under the direction of Christof Loy, stars Elsa Dreisig as Louise with Sophie Koch as La Mère/La Première de l’atelier with Giacomo Sagripanti conducting.
